 Here are some useful government based resources and information on Asperger's Syndrome:


1) Health Direct is an Australian Government based service which provides free health advice and information. It is an Australian National and Government owned non-for-profit organisation aiming to support the health and wellbeing of Australians by providing a range of information and advice from Health professionals: Australian Government Department of Health, ACT Government of Health, NSW Health Government, Northern Territory Department of Health, S.A Health, W.A Health and the Tasmanian Government.

2) The Better Health Channel a website created by the Victorian Department of Health provides a wide range of health and medical information that is reliable, up to date, relevant and easy to understand. The information on the website aims to provide the public with a better understanding of their health and medical condition. Their information is based on current and emerging health issues, national and state health priorities, developments in medical research. All findings are based on evidence provided by the Government or Health professionals.

3) Asperger's Australia LTD. has locations all across Queensland, Australia with 11 locations in Brisbane, Ipswich and the Sunshine Coast. The centre provides engaging activities which inform, educate and provide support for people with Asperger's.

4) The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke ( NINDS) with it's team of health professionals provide fundamental knowledge about the brain and nervous systems. It promotes timely scientific discoveries and implementations on public health.

5) The Government of Western Australia Health Department aims to provide the public with valuable information on a range of topics that educate Australians on current treatments, vaccines as well as other knowledgable health advice from professionals in the medical field.
